A. We accept cash on delivery, as well as payments via online credit card and bKash. Rest assured, our eBazar representatives will carry sufficient change.

A. We are currently serving Dhaka and Chattogram, with plans to expand to more locations across Bangladesh soon.
Q. If I can't find the product I'm looking for, what should I do?

Q. What should I do if the item is out of stock?
A. We manage our own inventory in our warehouses, so it's rare for us to run out of stock. However, we'll do our best to source what you need. If we're unable to find it, we'll notify you through a Push Notification.

A. We work during hartals/ strikes. That’s our level of dedication.
Q. What makes buying from you better than just going to a store nearby?
A. That's entirely up to you, but you can choose to be a couch potato like our founders and have your items delivered right to your door. Plus, our prices are often lower than those at major superstores in the city, and we offer a wider variety than the average corner store. So, there's really no reason not to buy from us!

A. Our prices are uniquely set, but we strive to offer them at or below market rates. We match local market prices and are working diligently to lower them even further! If you ever feel that a product is priced unfairly, please don't hesitate to let us know.

A. We use our own fleet for deliveries, ensuring that your products arrive at your location on time.
Q. What is your policy on refunds?
A. We offer a refund or return policy of seven (7) days on most unopened or unspoiled packaged products.
Q. Can I get a refund via cash?
A. No, for any sort of issue, we will update the credit to your eBazar account.
